We raise training standards of Firearm Fundamentals to a higher level, allowing trainees to challenge themselves into becoming more skilled versions of themselves.
This course is designed to introduce the trainee to the fundamentals of marksmanship and safe gun handling. By the end of the course, trainees are able to meet the following objectives:
Apply the principles of safe firearm handling and usage
Consistent Shot Groupings
Exhibit mastery in Recoil Management
The Course is divided into 5 Classes, namely:
Firearms Fundamentals 1 (FFA 1)
Firearms Fundamentals 2 (FFA 2)
Intermediate Statics (FFA 3)
Advanced Statics (FFA 4)
Principles of Dynamic Target Engagement (FFA 5)
FIREARMS FUNDAMENTALS 1
Class Code: FFA 1
The Firearm Fundamentals 1 class is designed to teach trainees safe firearm handling under direct supervisions.
FIREARMS FUNDAMENTALS 2
Class Code: FFA 2
The Firearm Fundamentals 2 sharpens Principles taught in FFA 1 in maintaining consistent target acquisition and consistent shot groupings.
INTERMEDIATE STATICS
Class Code: FFA 3
Intermediate Statics with Multiple Targets will be introduced to trainees and are expected to master safe and efficient reloads.
ADVANCED STATICS
Class Code: FFA 4
Advanced Statics builds on developed principles that allow trainees to explore shot cadences and efficiency all while applying reloading mechanics.
PRINCIPLES OF DYNAMIC TARGET ENGAGEMENT
Class Code: FFA 5
Trainees in this Principles of Dynamic Target Engagement class will learn how to engage multiple targets with side lateral movements, incorporating skills useful in both the practical and tactical shooting track.
